normyanke@gmail.com: When Nelson BC announced a community solar garden I visited with the manager of Nelson hydro showing him years of local solar data proving solar was a total waste of money. He told me that was irrelvant. This was a political feel good project. The problem is they were totally dishonest. At first it was to be fully funded by those opting in, Nelson hydro was just a facilitator. Continual deceptive misinformation was being fed to the public. Continually I was letting everyone involved know. Pretty soon I was on the black list, nobody wanted to hear about reality, it was all about a warm fuzzy feeling but I wasn't a willing participant. I didn't want my money wasted on their political feelgood project. Now years have gone by, the lies are bigger,, the incompetence greater and accountability non existant. It appears the city can tell anyt lie they want without accountability. My blog is an attempt at truth and honesty.
